The best way to determine Seafood quality? By eating it of course!
Last month we hosted a small (in light of Covid restrictions) sampling session for key figures from Dubai’s F&B industry to try some of Scotland’s finest seafood shipped direct from the crisp, clean Scottish waters, and demo our traceability technology that gives a way for restaurant customers to discover the journey of the fish on their plate.
Some of the attendees included; Seafood Souq Chairman & Co-founder Sheikh Fahim Al Qasimi, CEO & Co-founder Seafood Souq Sean Dennis, Executive Chef of One & Only Resorts Laurent Michel, Adrien Piot, Director of F&B for Emaar group, Sebastien Torres Executive Chef BVLGARI, Jason Bassili Owner of Salmontini Restaurant, Chef Gregoire Head Of Culinary / The Lab Holding and his second, Aurelien Duran.
Hosted at Bice Mare, Chef Michele Blasi put together a delicious, bespoke Scottish sampling menu with our freshly landed Seafood from Scotland.
